I am using this opportunity to thank you once again for an excellent job that you did for the promotion of Audi plume, new Audi A8.
The event itself was of extreme significance for Audi BiH, as a result of pressure that was placed upon us from Audi AG  relating to the execution of a such high level  promotion for such a vehicle.
Feedback that we received from the principal was excellent, and our promotion was most surely the best promotion in the whole region.  We have achieved something that even bigger countries would envy us on, and the largest part of it is right down to you.

USAID 3E

USAID Ekonomija Energetske Efikasnosti - 3E projekat je orgaizirao Festival energetske efikasnosti u Sarajevu, u periodu od 5. do 10. juna 2012.godine, sa ciljern promocije i upoznavanja građana sa dobrobitima provođenja mjera i tehnologija energetske efikasnosti u svojim domovirna i poslovnim prostorijama.

Cilj šestodnevnog Festivala, koji je sadržavao 14 događaja, bio je podizanje javne svijesti o energetskoj efikasnosti i populariziranje teme festivala na indirektan način kroz zanimljiva i interaktivna dešavanja. Građani Sarajeva i BiH su irnali priliku da prisustvuju kulturnim i zabavnim događajima, koncertima, ulicnim sajmovima, sportskirn događajima, umjetnickirn izložbama i filmovima koji su prenosili teme o energetskoj efikasnosti, obnovljivim izvorirna energije i zaštiti okoline. Festival energetske efikasnosti je predstavljao jedan novi pristup promociji energetske efikasnosti koji je uključivao građane svih uzrasta.

Sarajevo je bio saradnik i partner u ovom događaju i obezbijedio je kompletnu organizaciju za Festival energetske efikasnosti, uključujući scensku postavku, audiovizuelne usluge, rasvjetu, tehničku podršku, osoblje i prevoz. Prilikom organizacije dvodnevne konferencije Cisco Expo, za organizatora iste smo izabrali agenciju Newevent d.o.o. Sarajevo. U toku opsežnih priprema koje su trajale tri mjeseca, a podrazumijevaju planiranje budžeta, odabir dvorane, pregovaranje s dobavljačima, DTP pripremu i štampu svih vizuala, kontakt i koordiniranje aktivnosti sa sponzorima konferencije, posredovanje prilikom uvoza poklona za učesnike konferencije, angažovanje izvođača za nastup na Cisco zabavi, kao i moderatora, prevodioca, hostesa, tehničkog osoblja i zaštitarske agencije, uposlenici agencije Newevent na čelu sa gospodinom Nedžadom Tucakovićem iskazali su zavidan nivo profesionalnosti i poznavanja posla za koji su angažirani. Cisco Expo podrazumijeva plenarnu sjednicu u ovkiru koje se prikazuje tehnički izuzetno zahtjevan demo i tri slota tehničkih prezentacija što znači da smo u 48 sati predstavili ukupno 31 prezentaciju sa različitom demo opremom. Svih 48 sati Newevent je pružao konstantnu i izuzetno kvalitetnu organizacionu i tehničku (audio, video i light) podršku.
